[ How It Works ]
From Idea to
Impact
A structured yet flexible pipeline that takes raw ideas and transforms them into commercially viable products — powered by community, not capital.
[ 01 — The Pipeline ]
The S.E.E.C. Framework
Four stages that take a raw idea from submission through to commercial creation. Each stage is designed to validate, strengthen, and accelerate.
Submission
Share Your Dream
A Creator submits an idea for consideration. Choose the Pad pathway for self-directed team building, or the Pod for competitive selection by activator judges.
Exhibition
Find Your Tribe
The Creator pitches their idea to the Activator community. Activators evaluate the concept, ask questions, and express interest in joining the build team.
Evaluation
Growth Path System
The team takes shape. On the Pad, Creators hand-pick their Activators. On the Pod, top creators compete for activator support through a structured selection process.
Creation
B.O.L.D. Team
The assembled team executes through four phases — Build, Operate, Leverage, Deploy — taking the idea from concept through to market launch and commercial viability.
[ 02 — Execution ]
The B.O.L.D. Process
Once a team is formed, execution follows four phases. Each phase has three sub-stages designed to maximize output and accountability.
Build
Transform the idea into a tangible product. Design the architecture, develop the core features, and deliver an initial working version.
Operate
Test the product in real conditions. Evaluate performance, cultivate user feedback, and validate the market opportunity.
Leverage
Scale what works. Iterate on feedback, innovate new features, and push aggressively into the market. Hourly compensation begins here.
Deploy
Launch commercially. Initiate the go-to-market strategy, complete the product lifecycle, and trigger the revenue split and equity vesting.
[ 03 — Pathways ]
Two Paths. One Destination.
Every idea enters the ecosystem through either the Pad or the Pod. Both lead to the same goal: a commercially viable product.
The Pad
Self-Directed Workspace
For creators who know what they want and who they want to work with. You invite Activators, build your team, and drive the process at your own pace.
The Pod
Competitive Selection
A reality show format where top creators compete for activator support. Five judges — four domain experts and one X-factor — select the most promising ventures.
[ 04 — Economics ]
Fair by Design
GrwDot covers all expenses. Revenue is shared transparently. IP returns to the Creator after successful commercialization.
Revenue Split
Activator share is split equally among B.O.L.D. team members regardless of headcount.
IP & Ownership
IP is held in trust by GrwDot (100%) to protect all parties during the build process.
IP reverts to the Creator. Revenue is distributed via the 30:30:40 split.
Inhouse Auction (community-activated) or Direct Acquisition (public offers).
[ 05 — Team ]
B.O.L.D. Team Structure
Visionary / Strategist
Sets the direction. Owns the product vision and makes final strategic decisions.
Technical Lead
Architects the solution. Leads development and ensures technical excellence.
Growth Lead
Drives market awareness. Owns positioning, brand, marketing, and user acquisition.
Operations Lead
Keeps the engine running. Manages processes, timelines, resources, and team coordination.
[ 06 — Ecosystem ]
Six Channels
Connect via the Hub, Mob, and Nub. Create on the Pad or Pod. Cultivate and grow always with Gas.
Your 24/7 digital assistant. Features include Refill, Restart, Redo, Rewind, Reset — plus alarms, reminders, and progress notifications.
In-person networking cafe, lounge, and workspace. Where ideas brew over coffee and conversations turn into collaborations.
Pop-up networking and celebration events honoring growth catalysts. Creative expression meets strategic connection.
The community's central nervous system — real-time connections, digital marketing, activity dashboard, and social engagement.
Submit ideas, attach team members, manage creation processes. Your launchpad from concept to commercially viable product.
A reality show format. Many Creators pitch, Top 10 are selected, Top 3 are chosen. 5 Activator judges (4 real + 1 X-factor).
[ 07 — Compensation ]
Paid to Pay
If the entity is not paid, the entity does not pay. All compensation is contingent on commercial viability.
Hourly Compensation
Activated at the Leverage stage (Stage 3 of B.O.L.D.). Rate is proportional to your Activator tier.
Equity Compensation
Payable after Deploy stage. Subject to vesting schedule (2–4 years, 1-year cliff).
