[ 03 — Compensation ]

Paid to Pay

If the entity is not paid, the entity does not pay. All compensation is contingent on commercial viability — when the product wins, you win.

Hourly Compensation

Activated at the Leverage stage (Stage 3 of B.O.L.D.). Your rate is proportional to your Activator tier, ranging from $50/hr to $500/hr.

Capped at $500/hr for highest tier

Equity Compensation

Payable after the Deploy stage. Subject to a vesting schedule (2–4 years with a 1-year cliff). Your equity range grows with your tier.

0.1% (Underling) to negotiable (Unicorn)

Revenue Share

Activators collectively receive 40% of all revenue from commercialized products. This share is split equally among B.O.L.D. team members.

[ 04 — Roles ]

B.O.L.D. Team Roles

Every team needs a CEO, CTO, CMO, and COO. As an Activator, you fill one of these roles based on your skills and experience.

Sets product vision and makes strategic decisions for the venture.

Technical Lead

Architects the solution and leads development to technical excellence.

CMO

Growth Lead

Drives positioning, marketing, brand identity, and user acquisition.

COO

Operations Lead

Manages processes, timelines, resources, and team coordination.

Teams consist of 4–8 partners with a commitment of 200–2,000 hours. All members must be validated GrwDot members available from ideation to acquisition.
